Après avoir passé quatre ans à la direction de Shangri-La Le Touessrok, Grégory Coquet occupera, à partir du 15 mars 2025, le poste de Chief Operations and Asset Management Officer de Riveo Limited (« Riveo »). Cotée sur le marché officiel de la Bourse de Maurice depuis le 25 novembre 2024, à la suite de la restructuration de Sun Limited, Riveo est la société holding de Four Seasons, Shangri-La Le Touessrok et Île aux Cerfs.
Grégory compte plus de 20 ans d’expérience dans la gestion et la transformation d’établissements d’exception. Formé à Glion Institute of Higher Education (BSc (Hons) en International Hospitality and Tourism Management, 2002), il complète son expertise en leadership avec un Executive Leadership Certificate de HEC Paris en 2022. Il travaille pendant une dizaine d’années en Europe, au sein d’établissements prestigieux comme l’Hôtel de Crillon à Paris et le Groupe Kempinski en Suisse et en Allemagne, où il affine son approche de l’excellence opérationnelle et du positionnement stratégique.
En 2012, il décide de poser ses valises sur son île natale, où il a l’occasion de travailler au sein de divers établissements hôteliers. En 2017, il prend les rênes du Royal Palm du groupe Beachcomber. Après quatre ans, il se voit confier la direction du célèbre Shangri-La Le Touessrok.

Grégory Coquet is RIVEO’s new Chief Operations and Asset Management Officer
After four years at the helm of Shangri-La Le Touessrok, Grégory Coquet will take up the position of Chief Operations and Asset Management Officer of Riveo Limited (‘Riveo’) on 15 March 2025. Listed on the Official Market of the Stock Exchange of Mauritius since 25 November 2024, following the restructuring of Sun Limited, Riveo is the holding company of Four Seasons, Shangri-La Le Touessrok and Île aux Cerfs.
Grégory has over 20 years of experience in managing and transforming exceptional establishments. Educated at the Glion Institute of Higher Education (BSc (Hons) in International Hospitality and Tourism Management, 2002), he completed his leadership expertise with an Executive Leadership Certificate from HEC Paris in 2022. He worked for ten years in Europe, in prestigious establishments such as the Hôtel de Crillon in Paris and the Kempinski Group in Switzerland and Germany, where he honed his approach to operational excellence and strategic positioning.
In 2012, he decided to settle back on his native island, where he had the opportunity to work in various hotel establishments. In 2017, he took over the reins at the Beachcomber Group’s Royal Palm. After four years, he was entrusted with managing the famous Shangri-La Le Touessrok.
