Son parcours a commencé à l’école hôtelière de Quatre Bornes, suivi de stages à l’international et de postes de direction dans plusieurs resorts prestigieux. Aux Maldives, Ram supervise une île entière avec 300 employés venus de 15 pays, garantissant hébergement, restauration et logistique sur un modèle “One Island, One Resort”.
