Annulée en 2020 en raison de la pandémie, organisée à la veille du nouvel an en 2021 alors que les frontières venaient tout juste de s’ouvrir, la White Party du Maradiva Villas Resort and Spa et du Sands Suites Resort and Spa a renoué en 2022 avec la grande tradition festive. Cet événement tant attendu par les partenaires du secteur touristique a tenu toutes ses promesses : ambiance psychédélique, buffet très bien achalandé, feu d’artifice… bref tous les ingrédients étaient réunis pour une magnifique fête.
Le mérite en revient à la toute nouvelle Directrice de Marketing et des Média Sociaux des deux complexes, Haadiya Pheerunggee qui remplace Catherine Capdor, parti vers d’autres cieux. Notons aussi que le Responsable des ventes Bobby Ramasawmy, aussi en partance a été remplacé par Gary Leung. La soirée a ainsi permis de saluer les anciens et présenter les nouveaux.
Pour Sanjiv Ramdenee, CEO des deux complexes hôteliers, la White Party est un signe que le tourisme a retrouvé ses couleurs après deux années très pénibles. Il s’est dit particulièrement heureux de pouvoir réunir comme dans le passé les partenaires du secteur pour les remercier de l’excellent travail accompli au cours de l’année.
The White Party that makes you feel you feel good
Cancelled in 2020 due to the pandemic, and organised on New Years’ eve in 2021 when the borders had just opened, the White Party at the Maradiva Villas Resort and Spa and the Sands Suites Resort and Spa was back again at the end of last year, thus renewing with the great festive tradition. This event, so eagerly awaited by the partners in the tourism sector, lived up to its promise: a psychedelic ambiance, a very well-stocked buffet, fireworks… in short all the ingredients were there for a wonderful party.
The credit for this goes to the newly appointed Marketing and Social Media Manager of the two resorts, Haadiya Pheerunggee, who replaces Catherine Capdor, who has left for other climes. It is also worth noting that Gary Leung succeeds the departing Sales Manager Bobby Ramasawmy. The evening was an opportunity to say goodbye to the formers and introduce the new appointees.
For Sanjiv Ramdenee, CEO of the two resorts, the White Party is a sign that tourism has recovered after two complicated years. He said he was particularly pleased to be able to bring together, as he used to do in the past, the partners in the sector in order to thank them for the excellent work they have done over the year.
