Ainsi, le groupe hôtelier a tenu à mettre à l’honneur ses collaborateurs à travers la 8ᵉ édition des Passion Awards, lors d’une cérémonie qui s’est tenue le mercredi 7 mai 2025 au restaurant Archipel du Constance Prince Maurice. Il a rassemblé des talents venus de Maurice, Rodrigues, des Seychelles, des Maldives et de Madagascar, tous distingués pour leur engagement remarquable au service de l’art de l’hospitalité.
Les stars de cette journée furent Maghessen Payannandee (Constance Sakoa Boutik), Selvy Chellen (C Mauritius), Jheetendranath Poorun (Constance Belle Mare Plage), Marjorie Fabre (Constance Hospitality Management), Dylan Pavaday (Constance Prince Maurice) et Louis David Rose (Constance Tekoma Rodrigues, heureux lauréats de la récompense « Passionate Team Leader » de cette 8ème édition des Passion Awards.
« Au-delà de la reconnaissance, ces récompenses sont un révélateur d’identité », explique Vincent de Marassé Enouf. Ces distinctions ont été attribuées sur la base de critères rigoureux tels que la satisfaction client, les audits qualité et les performances financières, reflétant une quête constante d’amélioration.

The hotel industry still has a lot to offer, and those who work in it do so with love and passion. An investment that deserves to be rewarded, as Constance Hospitality is doing. Thus, the hotel group was keen to honour its employees through the 8ᵉ edition of the Passion Awards, at a ceremony held on Wednesday, 7 May 2025, at the Archipel restaurant of the Constance Prince Maurice. It brought together talent from Mauritius, Rodrigues, the Seychelles, the Maldives and Madagascar, all singled out for their outstanding commitment to the art of hospitality.
The stars of the day were Maghessen Payannandee (Constance Sakoa Boutik), Selvy Chellen (C Mauritius), Jheetendranath Poorun (Constance Belle Mare Plage), Marjorie Fabre (Constance Hospitality Management), Dylan Pavaday (Constance Prince Maurice) and Louis David Rose (Constance Tekoma Rodrigues), the lucky winners of the ‘Passionate Team Leader’ award at the 8th Passion Awards.
As Vincent de Marassé Enouf puts it, ‘More than just recognition, these awards reveal our identity. The Passionate Team Leader is elected by his or her peers (colleagues, managers and executives) for his or her inspirational leadership. The overall winner at group level, who stood out across the 11 hotels and among 3,457 employees, was Maghessen Payannandee, Chef de Cuisine at Constance Sakoa Boutik, who received the Passionate Team Leader Award trophy from Jean-Jacques Vallet, Chief Executive Officer of Constance Hospitality.

These awards were based on rigorous criteria such as customer satisfaction, quality audits and financial performance, reflecting a constant quest for improvement.
