Chaque journée sera remplie d’activités ludiques mais aussi instructives avec à chaque fois comme point d’orgue des déjeuners ou des dîners somptueux inspirés de l’ambiance festive avec une mise en valeur des produits locaux de choix. Ainsi, le dîner de la veille de Noël sera un repas de cinq plats à base de produits terre-mer avec amuse-bouche et entrée à base de cœur de palmiste (Rs 3 900). Pour le traditionnel déjeuner de Noël, on vous propose soit un repas à trois plats comprenant les spécialités de l’hôtel avec un verre de vin chaud (Rs 1 900) ou déjeuner de homard (Rs 3 200). Pour la Nuit de Noël, c’est un dîner de Noël comprenant les spécialités de l’hôtel qui seront au menu (Rs 3 900). Au lendemain de Noël, les chefs vous concocteront un délicieux menu de brunch avec d’autres plats signatures (Rs 1 995).
Pour la Saint Sylvestre, ce sera bien évidemment soirée champagne à la plage avant le dîner. Vous pourrez y déguster le choix de notre sommelier avec des canapés. Ensuite pour le dîner, à partir de 20 h 00, vous aurez droit à un menu inspiré par les cinq éléments (Rs 5 500). L’accord mets-vins est disponible à Rs 2 000 par personne. Vous avez aussi le choix d’un brunch au Roof Top Bar en admirant la pleine lune (de 21 h 00 - 02 h 00 à Rs 7 000 boissons comprises) (réservation minimale de 10 personnes requise).
Pour bien démarrer 2022, SALT vous propose le Signature Brunch (Rs 2 000) où le chef élaborera des plats en utilisant les huit méthodes de cuisson utilisées chez SALT. Enfin, un dîner très festif inspiré par la terre vous attend pour la soirée Spécial Nouvel An. Pendant toute cette période festive, les soirées seront animées à tour de rôle par les artistes très connu de l’hôtellerie mauricienne, notamment Jean Marc Franco, Leeroy Franky, Raphael Maurer et Éric Léon.

The exceptional festive season at the SALT of Palmar
If you’re still looking for the perfect place to spend the festive season, the proposal of the SALT of Palmar should appeal to all those looking for exclusive moments to share with family and friends. From 22 December to 2 January, the team at the magnificent Palmar boutique hotel is going all out for your pleasure. Discover the highlights of the programme.
Each day will be filled with fun and educational activities, culminating in sumptuous lunches or dinners inspired by the festive atmosphere and featuring choice local products. For example, the Christmas Eve dinner will be five-course meal based on land-sea products with appetizer and starter based on heart of palm (Rs 3,900). For the traditional Christmas lunch, there is either a three-course meal featuring the hotel’s specialities with a glass of mulled wine (Rs 1,900) or a lobster lunch (Rs 3,200). On Christmas Eve, a Christmas dinner featuring the hotel’s specialities will be on the menu (Rs 3,900). On Boxing Day, the chefs will prepare a delicious brunch menu with other signature dishes (Rs 1,995).
For New Year’s Eve, there will of course be a champagne party on the beach before dinner. You will be able to taste our sommelier’s choice with canapés. Then for dinner, from 8 pm, you will be treated to a menu inspired by the five elements (Rs 5,500). Wine pairing is available at Rs 2,000 per person. You also have the choice of a brunch at the Roof Top Bar while admiring the full moon (9 pm – 2 am at Rs 7,000 including drinks) (minimum reservation of 10 people required).
To kick off 2022, SALT offers the Signature Brunch (Rs 2,000) where the chef will prepare dishes using the eight cooking methods used at SALT. Finally, a very festive dinner inspired by the earth awaits you for the New Year’s Eve Special. Throughout this festive period, the evenings will be hosted by the well-known artists of the Mauritian hotel industry, notably Jean-Marc Franco, Leeroy Franky, Raphael Maurer and Éric Léon.
