Constance Hospitality annonce la nomination de Gabriel Juneau au poste de General Manager et de Guito Simiette en tant qu’Hotel Manager de Constance Le Chaland, son nouvel établissement de luxe situé sur la côte sud-est de l’île Maurice. Anciennement connu sous le nom d’Anantara Iko Mauritius Resort & Villas, le resort entre dans une nouvelle ère sous la gestion de Constance Hospitality, avec une prise d’effet au 5 février 2026.
Cette transition marque une étape stratégique pour le groupe hôtelier mauricien, qui entend déployer progressivement les standards et la culture de service de Constance tout en respectant l’âme et l’identité singulière de ce lieu d’exception. Gabriel Juneau accompagnera étroitement les équipes afin d’ancrer l’Art de Vivre propre à la marque, dans un esprit de continuité et d’authenticité.
Fort de plus de quinze ans d’expérience internationale, acquise au Canada, en Chine, aux Émirats arabes unis, à Madagascar et aux Seychelles, Gabriel Juneau apporte une solide expertise alliant discipline opérationnelle, leadership humain et excellence de l’expérience client. Avant sa nomination à Constance Le Chaland, il occupait le poste d’Hotel Manager de Constance Lemuria Seychelles, où il supervisait l’ensemble des opérations de cet établissement emblématique. Il a également exercé les fonctions de Resort Manager de Constance Tsarabanjina Madagascar, un hôtel de luxe situé sur une île privée, reconnu pour ses performances en matière de satisfaction client et d’engagement des équipes.
Cette nouvelle phase s’inscrit dans la volonté de Constance Hospitality de donner pleinement vie à son ADN distinctif, fondé sur un luxe chaleureux et naturel, un service sincère et attentionné, le souci du détail et un fort sentiment d’appartenance.
Conçu comme un sanctuaire naturel, Constance Le Chaland s’intègre harmonieusement à son environnement et invite ses hôtes à se reconnecter à l’essentiel : la nature, une gastronomie raffinée, la culture du vin et le bien-être holistique, le tout dans un cadre spectaculaire. L’intégration de l’ADN Constance soutient l’ambition du resort de s’imposer parmi les nouvelles références de l’hôtellerie de luxe à Maurice.

À ses côtés, Guito Simiette, nommé Hotel Manager, devient le pilier opérationnel de cette nouvelle direction. Fort de plus de vingt ans d’expérience au sein de Constance Hospitality, il apporte une expertise reconnue et une approche profondément humaine du leadership. Formé en gestion hôtelière et en marketing à l’École Hôtelière de Maurice, il a occupé de nombreux postes clés en contact direct avec les équipes et la clientèle, et acquis une expérience internationale aux Seychelles. Après avoir récemment dirigé C Rodrigues Mourouk, il rejoint Constance Le Chaland avec l’ambition d’offrir aux hôtes une expérience authentique, cohérente et mémorable, fidèle aux valeurs du groupe.

Constance Hospitality is pleased to announce the appointment of Gabriel Juneau as General Manager and Guito Simiette as Hotel Manager of Constance Le Chaland, the group’s new luxury resort located on the south-east coast of Mauritius. Formerly known as Anantara Iko Mauritius Resort & Villas, the property enters a new era under Constance Hospitality management, effective 5 February 2026.
This transition represents a significant milestone for the Mauritian hotel group, as Constance Hospitality progressively brings its standards, culture and Art of Vivre to the resort, while preserving the unique spirit and identity of this exceptional destination. Gabriel Juneau will work closely with the teams to ensure a seamless transition, anchoring the brand’s service philosophy in a spirit of continuity and authenticity.
With over 15 years of international experience across Canada, China, the United Arab Emirates, Madagascar and the Seychelles, Gabriel Juneau brings a strong blend of operational discipline, human-centred leadership and guest experience excellence. Prior to joining Constance Le Chaland, he held the position of Hotel Manager at Constance Lemuria Seychelles, overseeing the full operational scope of one of the brand’s flagship properties. He previously served as Resort Manager at Constance Tsarabanjina Madagascar, successfully leading this private island resort to outstanding guest satisfaction scores and high levels of employee engagement.
This new chapter aligns with Constance Hospitality’s ambition to fully express its distinctive DNA—an Art of Vivre defined by warm, natural luxury, authentic service, attention to detail and a deep sense of belonging.

Alongside him, Guito Simiette, appointed Hotel Manager, becomes a key pillar of the resort’s leadership. With more than 20 years of experience within Constance Hospitality, he brings deep operational expertise combined with a profoundly human approach to leadership. Trained in hospitality management and marketing at the École Hôtelière de Maurice, Guito has held numerous operational and guest-facing roles across the group and gained international experience in the Seychelles. Most recently Hotel Manager at C Rodrigues Mourouk, he now joins Constance Le Chaland to work closely with teams in delivering an authentic, seamless and memorable guest experience, fully aligned with Constance values.
